Our workshop policy is designed to ensure the safety and protection of both our team and our clients. Welcome to Forever Bonds LLC Workshops!

We’re excited to have you join us for an enriching experience in jewelry making. To ensure that everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ve outlined the following policies. Please read carefully before registering for a workshop.

Workshop Registration and Payment
1. **Registration**: All participants must register online through our website or in person at our studio. Early registration is recommended, as spaces are limited and workshops fill up quickly.
2. **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the workshop. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
3. **Age Requirements**: Participants must be 16 years or older unless specified otherwise in the workshop description. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian/relative.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. **All Sales Final**: Please note that all sales of tickets for our workshops are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including missed workshops.
2. **Credits for Future Workshops**: If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, you may request a credit for the full amount paid. This credit can be applied toward any future workshop or service offered by Forever Bonds LLC, subject to availability. To request a credit, please notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
3. **Rescheduling by Forever Bonds LLC**: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to transfer to a new date or receive a full credit toward future workshops or services.
Workshop Policies​
1. **Arrival Time**: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the workshop to allow time for check-in and setup. Workshops will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
2. **Materials and Tools**: All necessary materials and tools will be provided unless stated otherwise in the workshop description. Participants are welcome to bring their own tools or materials if they prefer.
3. **Safety**: For your safety, please follow all instructions given by the instructor, particularly when using tools and equipment. If you have any specific health concerns or allergies, please inform the instructor before the workshop begins.
4. **Photography and Recording**: Photography is allowed during the workshop, but please be mindful of others. Recording of the workshop is prohibited without prior consent from Forever Bonds LLC.
Liability Waiver
By registering for a workshop, participants agree to release Forever Bonds LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the workshop.
